Surgical and non-surgical, under one roof

Four fellowship-trained surgeons, a sports medicine physician and an in-house therapy team, so the person who diagnoses you is the person who sees you through.

01

Joint Replacement

Robotic-assisted total and partial hip, knee and shoulder replacement. Most patients stand the same day and go home within 24 hours.

02

Sports Medicine

ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff and labral repair, cartilage restoration, and return-to-play protocols shared with your coach or trainer.

03

Spine Care

Herniated discs, stenosis and degenerative conditions treated conservatively first; minimally invasive procedures when they are not enough.

Four stages. One plan, written down.

Every patient leaves the first visit with the same four-stage pathway and dates against each stage. Nothing here is a mystery, and nothing is left to a calendar alone.

  1. 01Day 1

    Evaluate

Same-week visit. Imaging is read while you wait and the diagnosis is walked through on the screen in front of you.

  2. 02Weeks 1–2

    Treat

Non-surgical first when it works: injection, bracing, targeted therapy. When surgery is the right call, you leave with a date.

  3. 03Weeks 2–12

    Rehab

In-house therapy team, one protocol shared with your trainer, and strength and range measured at every visit.

  4. 04Cleared

    Return

Return-to-sport testing: limb symmetry, hop and strength tests. You are cleared by the numbers, not the date.

Start at stage one

Most new patients are seen within five business days. Acute injuries and fractures are seen the same or next day.

Surgeons who would rather not operate on you

Roughly two thirds of the people we see never need surgery. Our surgeons and therapists work from the same chart in the same building, so the recommendation you get is the one that gets you moving soonest, not the one that fills an operating room.
