Use our secure online scheduling to choose a visit type and a time. Online booking is a request and is not final until you receive confirmation from our office.
No referral needed
You do not need a referral from a primary care provider or another clinician to get started. We welcome patients ages 8 and older.
Same-week appointments
New patients book onto our shared calendar with the first available of Riley or Alex. Our office confirms who you will see.
Please book at least 2 hours ahead. Current patients book medication follow-ups directly on their provider's calendar.

Please complete the intake paperwork we send before your appointment.
Accurate information helps us prepare for your visit. The forms ask about:
- Your symptoms
- Medications
- Treatment history
- Medical conditions
- Pharmacy preferences
Payment to confirm
The new patient evaluation is $225, paid in full to confirm your appointment. A card on file is needed to book, and we accept debit and credit cards only. Review costs and insurance.
Your first visit
Your first visit is a comprehensive evaluation and conversation: 60 minutes, in the office.
We'll discuss your concerns, history, goals, and appropriate next steps. Recommendations are made after a clinical evaluation and may include medication, lifestyle strategies, coordination with other professionals, or referral for additional support.
Scheduling an evaluation does not guarantee that any specific medication, including a controlled medication, will be prescribed.
Coming in about attention concerns?
QbTest is available: a computer-based assessment that provides objective information about attention, activity, and impulse control. When clinically appropriate, it may be used alongside, not in place of, a comprehensive evaluation.

Accessibility note
Our office is on the second floor and currently has no elevator access. If you need an accessibility accommodation, please contact our office before your appointment so we can discuss alternative arrangements with care and discretion. Call 202-555-0142.
Office hours are Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, closed 12 to 1 for lunch. We are closed Friday to Sunday and on major holidays.
After your first visit
Medication follow-ups are 15 minutes, in the office or by video. The self-pay rate is $125.
We monitor progress and thoughtfully refine treatment as your needs change. As a current patient, you book follow-ups directly on your provider's calendar.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours' notice.
$50 fee
A $50 fee applies to a late cancellation or a missed visit.
Running late?
Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a missed visit.

Insurance participation is in progress.
We are completing credentialing with Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, and TRICARE. These plans are not yet in network; we will update this website as each network becomes available. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.
Out of network
We can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your plan and is not guaranteed, so we recommend confirming your out-of-network behavioral health benefits before your appointment.
Referring providers
If a patient's physician or other treating provider would like to make a referral, please complete our brief Provider Referral Form and fax it to 202-555-0143.
