Our approach

Good care starts with a conversation.

Your priorities guide our work. We take the time to listen, explain, and make decisions together.

  1. We listen first.

Start with your story, questions, and what you hope to get from care.

  2. We make a plan together.

Understand your options and agree on a practical next step.

  3. We keep the conversation going.

Review how things are going, ask questions, and adjust your plan as needed.

For who you are. And who you are becoming.

A few things to know

Before we meet.

What is the first visit like?

We begin with your health history and the questions on your mind. Your physician will discuss the next steps with you and make sure there is time for questions.

What should I bring?

Bring a list of current medications, relevant health records, and any questions you want to discuss. The practice can let you know about any forms to complete beforehand.

How do I ask about fees or insurance?

Contact the practice before your visit to discuss fees, payment options, and any insurance questions. It is always reasonable to ask what to expect before scheduling.

Can I ask a question before booking?

Of course. Use the visit request to start a conversation with the practice, or call during office hours. The team can help you decide where to begin.
