Find the right care

What brings you here?

Pick whatever feels closest. You will see how Maren approaches it, and where to start.

Care is for adults 18 and older. Not sure where you fit? Your first appointment is an 80-minute evaluation that looks at everything together.

Anxiety & OCD

Part of Integrative Psychiatry

Your first visit maps the full picture: symptoms, health history, current medications, sleep, stress, and what daily life is asking of you. Medication is often part of the plan, and it is chosen once that picture is clear.

  • Generalized Anxiety
  • Panic Attacks
  • Social Anxiety
  • Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder
  • Intrusive Thoughts
  • Rumination

Depression & Mood

Part of Integrative Psychiatry

Low mood rarely has a single cause. Where it makes sense, lab work looks at thyroid function, iron, vitamin levels and hormonal shifts alongside your psychiatric history, so treatment is aimed at what is actually driving the symptoms.

  • Major Depression
  • Bipolar Spectrum Conditions
  • Seasonal Mood Changes

ADHD in Women

Part of Integrative Psychiatry

Many women are diagnosed later in life, after years of quietly compensating. The evaluation looks at attention, organization and emotion together; when medication helps, it is chosen and adjusted with you and monitored closely.

  • Executive Function
  • Emotional Regulation
  • Adult & Late Diagnosis

Stimulants and other controlled medications are started only after an in-office evaluation, with in-person follow-up. They are not prescribed through telehealth.

PMDD

Part of Hormone Health

Mood changes that follow your cycle deserve a careful look. Tracking symptoms day by day over two or more cycles helps tell PMDD apart from a condition that flares before your period, and that difference shapes treatment.

  • Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD)
  • Premenstrual Worsening of Depression or Anxiety
  • Cycle-Related Mood Changes
  • Irritability

Perimenopause and Menopause

Part of Hormone Health

Shifting hormones can change mood, sleep, focus and memory, sometimes all at once. When it is appropriate and safe for you, FDA-approved menopausal hormone therapy can be part of the plan, alongside psychiatric care.

Meet your clinician

Maren Ashby, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC

Maren is a nurse practitioner certified in both family practice and psychiatric-mental health. She began in a busy women’s health clinic, then spent several years on a hospital psychiatry consult team, where she saw again and again how mood, sleep and hormones travel together. She opened Oriel Health to give that work the time it needs.

Oriel is small and independent on purpose. Visits run long enough to finish the conversation, messages are answered by the person who knows your history, and your plan is revisited as your life and your body change.

“Listen first, prescribe with care, and keep listening.”
