What to expect, step by step.
A simple, supportive start. Same-week appointments are available, and no referral is needed. Here’s how to request and prepare for your first visit, on one page you can print or keep on your phone.
Request a time
- Request your appointment online. Choose a visit and an available time. Online booking is a request and is not final until you receive confirmation from our office.
- New patients go on our shared new-patient calendar with the first available of Riley or Alex. Our office confirms who you will see.
- No referral is needed. We welcome children, adolescents, and adults ages 8 and older.
- At least 2 hours’ notice for online requests. Monday to Thursday, 9 AM to 3:30 PM, Central Time.

Please complete the requested intake paperwork before your appointment. Accurate information about these helps us prepare for your visit:

Payment
- $225 new patient evaluation, paid in full to confirm your appointment.
- A card on file is needed to book.
- Debit and credit cards only. Payment is due at the time of service.
Your first visit
Your first visit is a comprehensive evaluation and conversation. We’ll discuss your concerns, history, goals, and appropriate next steps.
Scheduling an evaluation does not guarantee that any specific medication, including a controlled medication, will be prescribed.

Accessibility note
Second floor, no elevator
Our office is on the second floor and currently has no elevator access. If you need an accessibility accommodation, please contact our office before your appointment so we can discuss alternative arrangements with care and discretion.
After your visit: follow-ups
Follow-up care tracks benefits, side effects, and progress so treatment can evolve. Current patients book medication follow-ups directly on their own provider’s calendar.

Cancellations
- 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
- $50 fee for a late cancellation or a missed visit.
- More than 15 minutes late? That counts as a missed visit.

Insurance
Insurance participation is in progress. We are completing credentialing with Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, and TRICARE. These plans are not yet in-network, and we will update this website as each network becomes available. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.
Out of network? We can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your individual plan and is not guaranteed.
