Use our secure online scheduling to choose a new patient evaluation and an available time. Online booking is a request and is not final until you receive confirmation from our office.

• Same-week appointments are available, and no referral is needed.
• We welcome patients ages 8 and older. Booking for your child? Choose “My child” when you request the time.
• New-patient requests go on our shared calendar with the first available of Riley Morgan, MD or Alex Rivera, MD. You can note a preference, and our office confirms who you will see.

Payment to confirm your timeNew patient evaluations are paid in full ($225, self-pay rate) to confirm the appointment, and a card on file is needed to book. We currently accept debit and credit cards only.

Your first visit

Your first visit is a 60-minute comprehensive evaluation and conversation, in our office. We’ll discuss your concerns, history, goals, and appropriate next steps.

Recommendations are made after a clinical evaluation and may include medication, lifestyle strategies, coordination with other professionals, or referral for additional support.

Please noteScheduling an evaluation does not guarantee that any specific medication, including a controlled medication, will be prescribed.

Accessibility: please call before your visit

After your first visit

Medication follow-ups are 15 minutes, in the office or by video, at $125 self-pay. As a current patient, you book follow-ups directly on your provider’s calendar.

Reminders come by email a week before your appointment, then by text 3 days before, the day before, and 3 hours before.

Cancellations and late arrivals

• Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Late cancellations and missed visits have a $50 fee.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a missed visit.

Costs and insurance

Rates shown reflect a 25% same-day self-pay discount. Payment is due at the time of service, and we accept debit and credit cards only.

Insurance participation is in progress. We are completing credentialing with Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, and TRICARE. These plans are not yet considered in-network, and we will update this website as each network becomes available. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.

Out of network? We can provide a superbill containing the information needed to submit a claim directly to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your individual plan and is not guaranteed.

For referring providers

If a patient’s physician or other treating provider would like to make a referral, please download and complete our brief Provider Referral Form and fax it to 202-555-0143. Questions? Call the office at 202-555-0142. Patients do not need a referral to book.
