How booking works
Online booking is a request until our office confirms it. Here is what happens after you pick a time.
Choose a new patient evaluation, then a day and time. New-patient requests go on our shared calendar with the first available of Riley or Alex; you can note a preference.
Our office confirms your appointment and who you will see. New patient evaluations are paid in full to confirm, and a card on file is needed to book. Then you complete your intake forms.
A comprehensive evaluation and conversation in our office. We’ll discuss your concerns, history, goals, and appropriate next steps.
Book 15-minute medication follow-ups directly on your provider’s calendar, in the office or by video.
